    All potentially valuable players. I’d suggest more value to us than we could scrape together if sold, and who’s going to take their wages on? Madders doesn’t rely on pace - and that’s what’s typically impacted post injury. The others are all pretty young and should heal and bounce back.

    Yes exactly. Moreover, he can lose the ball and give up possession leaving the defence exposed. What teams are paying for is that unknown X factor. At 20 years old, he's already done a lot. Can he develop more? Probably. But how much? A lot depends on the coaching team and playing opportunities...

    Was voted our player of the season a year ago. 50m is fair, not that great imo. We'd take it because of his inconsistency. Add ons to bring it up to 55-70m would make sense. At times he is a 70m player (never mind the other times!).

    Easy to say in hindsight, we needed fresh attackers and midfielders on after the England goal. Be brave and take off the shattered stars. Replace Kane, Rice even Bellingham with fresh players who can run, close the ball down and push us forward.
