Fires the independepent watchdogs so he can have more control over them. This will go to the courts of course. Most of them were even appointed by Trump in the first place in his previous term.

Thankfully, I don't think any of this is going to last the more I think about it. Given that Farage made one comment that was not right wing enough which set Trump and Musk off, I can't see their alliance surviving, Musk taking too much of Trumps PR and like anything I imagine money will be what splits them up, money and ego
