Wasn’t sure whether to put this in the TV thread but it’s probably quite fitting to put it in this thread. The Late Show with Stephen Colbert was cancelled this week, 1 more season of the show then it’s completely gone, no one replacing him which is strange. Rumours are it’s expensive to produce but the timing seems very fishy to me given the merger with Paramount and Colbert has always been a critic of Trump. He’s the highest rated late night talk show host. Very odd.

He criticised the settlement with Trump a few days ago. Said it was just a bribe to make sure the merger between Paramount and Skydance went through. No surprise that he's been more or less sacked.
