I agree that a decision shouldn't be judged just based on the outcome.Personally, I think the decision was reckless whatever the outcome is. If he gets away with Sarr not being out, it doesn't make the decision any better IMO.
The only difference the outcome makes to me is that I don't want to hear the manager complaining that his injury list lengthened this week if Sarr is ruled out.

We don't actually know if he was at a particular risk of getting a long term injury by playing that game though. Players play with knocks quite often.
If it was the case that it was some kind of hamstring issue for example that easily could have ended up with him getting a tear and being out for several months it was an awful decision, regardless of the outcome. If he had a knock that meant he wasn't playing as well, but not at a particular risk for a long term injury not so much.
What an absolutely fudging macaron
Making Dragusin risk making a serious injury much worse by forcing him to play on when he clearly couldnt
And ruining Scarlett's season by making sure he cant play any more minutes this season

I suppose there's a good chance we haven't got any decent offer for Scarlett to go elsewhere.

Even if he went to Isthmian League 3, at least he'd be getting some football. He's barely played a game in the last 2 years, and at 21 that's really not good
Or he could just score lots of goals for us. Nice assist there.
Or maybe had a look at him and decided to keep him for now and loan out Lankshear?I suppose there's a good chance we haven't got any decent offer for Scarlett to go elsewhere.

When did he force him to play on? The 10 seconds he walked on the pitch for before going down so we had time to make a sub and not play with 10 men? What an absolutely fudging macaron

interesting watch but he isn;t the most credible person having worked for ange before, was sacked by rangers after and has no real experience in the top leagues unlesss you count the Turkish league.Posted this in the injuries thread, but the scope of the interview is much bigger than that, so posting it here as well.

best is to see what happens on the pitch, rotations, protecting players and changing tactics to suit what's availableYou're right, much better listening to the experts on forums.

ange decimated the celtic squad and he did it again with the spurs squad. the key difference is that the scottish league is a two horse race.
