Archie Gray

Gray has a very good football brain on him. Calm and quietly calculating, his positioning is impeccable and a key feature of a defensive player - cutting out the opportunities before it happens. Also quite difficult to dispossess and while not speedy can turn either sides and play with either foot. He is like Modric on the defensive half of the pitch. I expect him to have a long career, hopefully with us as I also expect bids for him soon.

What was it Ange said. You have the chance to sign a player like him you don't turn it down...

Probably has impacted us negatively compared to a ready made player capable of slotting right in. But that player probably wouldn't have as much potential. And already proving a very valuable player.

Will be really interesting to see what happens with him when we have our first choice centre backs back.

Once our CBs are back I hope Ange has the confidence to play Gray in midfield to continue his development.
I mean its good to be learning the trade in other positions but it is also important to find his superpower and focus him on it

There is a clip circling of him taking a scarf from a kid at the game and gives him his boots in return, and the way he double checks if the kids parents will be ok with giving away the scarf is great ..

Potentially amazing player, yet somehow has managed to avoid the asshat part of so many players ..
Our future captain getting the limelight on Tottenham’s socials this weekend.

Does come across as very humble and personable for an 18 year old millionaire.

Why would you give ONE boot? How can they use ONE boot? Strange not to give both boots to the same kid, who can wear them in a few years' time.
