That's it. "Who gives a fudge if everyone hates us, we're together and we're doing it our way" .. Poch needs to embrace this attitude more sometimes. He's too nice and too eager to please.

If you remove the anomaly that is City they are effectively the PL champions so they are a very good side. I will say tbough, they have had the money much more than us but that said Klopp has used it so well.
 
Personally think this is the better result for us if we get to the final. I know Barca were crap tonight but I’m still far more confident we could take on Liverpool than Barca in a final and go toe to toe with them....

They were trying to relax and play their game, but they were completely out fought. Lacked players to fight for possession. They looked like a middling PL side.

And they look in terrific shape. Like seeing Spurs 3 years ago.

Boy I hope we get there and I sure as brick hope you're right.. Being denied a first ever CL by Liverpool? Would rather not make the final to be honest.
 
Great performance. Great atmosphere. No Salah or Firminio. Robertson fouled off by Suarez. Got to give it to them -if only for one night.
And that winning goal.
What happened to Barca though - they won't forget that in a hurry.
 
Could drive to Portsmouth and get an overnight ferry to San Sabastian. Or even a train with a stop off in the south of France. If we get to the final...will...find...a...way.
