They self reported and got £100m off the asking price for chelsea when they bought them. The money has allegedly been put aside for any possible fines resulting from this.
They are not fighting it.

Also, where the fudge is Romans money from the sale, I thought it was being ringfenced or he was giving it to the victims of the war.
Thought that was all a condition of the sale?
