Circus ManUnitus - Erik's At The Wheel

This Mason Greenwood development is interesting.
Quite the deal they're trying to thrash out with Marseille to have up to a 50% sell-on clause on top of the agreed fee.
But the mayor of Marseille is vociferously opposed to it happening.
They know if he gets to anywhere near his potential he is a £50m plus player
They also know he is a hot potato that they can’t play, so wanna sell
But United need the cash/money in to offset their transfer debt which is huge

DeZerbi said he would welcome him amd treat him like a son! DeZerbi's reputation really has gone to brick over the last 12 months

Of course.
The remarkable bit for me was the very public intervention from the mayor.
That's the sort of thing that might make Greenwood opt against it.

That's awesome.

Greenwood and United need to show some shame and have him confined to some oppressive little gulf country where the regime's values tally with his own.

After only 3 games, can't see him lasting long, bring on Southgate

Ten Hag was given full backing by two of the key men in the new Old Trafford hierarchy - chief executive Omar Berrada and sporting director Dan Ashworth

It Southgate gets as much out of United as he did out of England they will be hugely successful.

Don't see Kane, Belligham, Saka, Rice, Walker, Stones, Toney, Palmer, Gordon, etc at United ..

Southgate had a huge amount of talent to work with at England, he'll probably be happy he gets to keep picking Maguire & Rashford though ..
