They can take comfort in my story. I bought a jacket in Burtons the tailors in early '60's and lining split and they wouldn't give me a refund, I told hem I would never use them again and tell my mates not to, I got the last laugh they went in to administration in 2021.
Absolutely, and I fully expect if and when Levy/ENIC sell, some segment will claim responsibility/victory for having made it happen.
