What is change? It’s all a bit vague at the moment. We need to be more direct and have a proper mission statement/goals. We can’t get caught up in poorly thought out (even with good intentions) schemes, protests etc. What do we actually want?

1. Comparable spending to similar revenue sized clubs
2. Our wage to turnover ratio should also be comparable with these clubs, but instead it’s one of the lowest in the league so we need to demand we match them
3. Demand to know what the remit is and what are the boards goals because they never mention winning
4. Who is actually in charge of football related business? Levy seems to get involved constantly still. Does Munn even do anything? Lange seems to be doing a very poor job and is often undermined
5. The board has to change because we’ve had so many managers, so many failures, so many projects and they have all failed. This board are not capable of making the correct decisions when it comes to footballing decisions
6. Demand we have statues for Bill Nic and proper trophy room to celebrate our history

I could mention more, but we need to keep it short and sweet at the moment. Without clear goals, my fear is this movement will fail

Hahaha that was the fella I mentioned the other week, Stel from TottenhamAway, him and some bloke bigging up a made up player

That Stel is an all time lowlife and scumbag, sent loads of dogs abuse to my mates niece on twitter then him and his mates created a pile on against them from a bunch of grown up men. Was really weird behaviour

One of their mates also ripped off an NHS Covid charity collection too
Yeah I remember that
Films it all in his bedroom too
Very odd fellow

And if they don't necessarily want Levy Out and just want some clarity on issues and some sense of what the Clubs intentions are, going by that manifesto(?) (which by itself not an outlandish position) why are they aligning themselves with a Levy Out march?

Not trying to be a dingdong, let me give you the experience of working in much bigger companies than Spurs

1. Don't bring it up, we already do, it's embarrassing and kills creditability when you lack the basic understanding that both our total and net spend is comparable to the top clubs in league (it's in top 4 for last 5 years)
2. Why? what data proves this? and how do you explain extremely successful clubs with low turnover and the fact that every major club that isn't state bankrolled is trying to do what we are (i.e. reduce wage/revenue %).
3. The club has discussed on pitch success being funded by off pitch revenue increased for a long time now. My advice in this model is "how can we quantify success and what are the timelines to get there"?
4. Assumptions with no facts, Executives will be involved in high value/risk negotiations/initiatives even if it is as a sponsor or figurehead (again, this comes back to understanding how these kind of companies work). If there are concerns around Lange's impact, categorize on exactly what the perceived problem is, don't make it personal.
5. Not your call, this is a massive fudgeup that will lose you any chance of further discussion with the club (see Trust in past). Frame the concern, ask for the resolution and timelines to issues, ask for how do we prevent past mistakes. I repeat, any chance of engaging the club in meaningful conversation is dead on arrival if you ask the people who have power to go as first step.
6. Club has a policy of no statues, again, acknowledge, frame why do we think statues are the right mechanism, and/or ask what alternatives does the club have in mind for celebrating our past

Other points that seem to get missed

7. For fudges sake, go buy some shares, there is still ~12% of Spurs shares out there, comes up on occasional auction, get together buy a few hundred shares so that you can actually present as having some shareholder interest. Funny how everyone likes to tell others how to spend money that's not theirs
8. Be clear on if your goal is success for the club, or fan representation (the Trust fudges this up all the time, club success will often be in direct conflict with fan representation, e.g. spend more does not lineup with cheaper ticket prices for fans)
9. Have someone who has actually been in a hundreds of millions/billion dollar business model, understands this stuff be part of the team.

Correct Raziel; these guys have never been C-Suite and clearly haven't a clue about how to go about things. Zero credibility.

In other parallel news, I see that the Wet Spam board are only allowing new concessions season tickets in the cheapest/worst seats, so the Wet Spam fans are protesting and hating the board. It's probably true at every club in the country, we just don't see it.

Yep it's happening everywhere, clubs have decided to cartel it In that respect. Worse is soon to come in a few years for those that still believing in the romanticism of supporters and ST holders being the lifeblood

It’s the key part
I’ve said it loads but if you come at me with an argument and qualify it in a clear respectful manner, I’ll happily engage
If you make factually incorrect accusations.., I’ll sack you
The problem is the intent is admirable but the the strategy isn’t
And if you try to have a modicum of tolerance fit wanting to join in your called names
I’ve been reading up on Mussolini recently because I knew there was a new drama coming and it’s exactly how he got into power .. if you not with him your against him. The weakest leaders do that
The best leaders identify the purpose, are clear in articulating it and stick to it

Lol at #6. Imagine the derision from these same people if the club announced a “trophy room”.
