It is sold out.

It looks like Ticket Share should be available (but it's not yet) and also the Exchange if the game is sold out (which it appears to be). From the announcement :

Ticket Share and Ticket Exchange​

We recognise that some Season Ticket Holders may not be able to attend on the confirmed matchday. Ticket Share will open to Season Ticket Holders, with the reminder that tickets should only be shared with fellow Tottenham Hotspur supporters. Fans are reminded that they are responsible for the behaviour of the supporter with whom they share their ticket.

Should the fixture sell out, Ticket Exchange will open at the Club’s discretion to Premium Members and Season Ticket Holders.

That was on the email about the Automatic Cup Scheme.
 
I'm guessing that City game will be moved as they're supposed to play Liverpool on the Sunday before that.
 
I had to sell my ticket for Liverpool
It's been sold on the exchange and I can see that money in my balance
I can't see how to withdraw it to my bank account
Anybody know how please ?
 
Is there any reason why the home game against Emirates Marketing Project (19:45 Tues 25 Feb. ) would be moved? Is this another of those Amazon mid week slots? Need to buy train tickets.
