Regulion is interesting as we have a break deal in the loan. So perhaps we could recall him the morning of transfer deadline day, then force United to pay over the odds for him in the afternoon, so they aren't suddenly left going into spring without their best player.

Id assume because we bought Maddison instead. But Kudus has been excellent too

Dunno about that, quite a few try to play out from the back now or push up.
Sheff Utd are usually a bit deeper and Dier is good with things coming towards him.
Can't think of too many other teams he'd get into, especially when considering match fitness.
You could argue Luton. But a lot of their good stuff is about being a long term group. Although he does have the right mentality for them.

Otherwise, who else?
 
Assuming Perisic is indeed done for the season and we don’t register him at the end of the window then we have 2 squad spots currently open with Lloris going. So could easily bring in 2 and not need to sell anyone.
