Dirty little pedo is going to get fudged up in prison and rightly so, it started when she was 14 this is not like graham rix who went back with a girl just short of her 16th birthdy and who told him she was older. These perv knew how old she was and he still did it.

The arabs have it right with things like this cut his balls off and feed them to him.

I am open minded and especailly when it comes to sex very liberal but kids and animals are off limits. I hope the fudger rots.
 
What happens if they both deny they had sex yet and say they were waiting til she was 16?
 
I'd imagine some kidknapping/ child abduction charge would be an option if they can't prove sex.

And the child has no say on the marriage, which makes it *struggle cuddle* of a child. Hardly a good example.

But surely if she was like ''no it was my idea'' he didn't kidnapp me, we just wanted to go away for a bit..

I know its all gonads and the blokes a nobhead etc etc, that goes without saying but I reckon he could get away with just not being able to teach anymore

She's below the age of responsibility and he's an adult. She can't give consent to go away with him any more than she can give consent to have sex. So it would be "statutory kidnapping".

He probably needs psychological help more than prison as he clearly is not making responsible decisions. But anyway you look at it he has committed a serious crime under British law.

Yeah actually you got be there they are a bit dodgy when it comes to brick like that, i meant more the way they dish out proper punishment, love the whole chopping a hand off idea.
 
Why didn't he just wait until she became a legal age and left school, then he could pursue a relationship, however misguided, LEGALLY?
 
This brings up such a grey area in the law.

But at the end of the day, as Leeds points out, he was in the position of trust, and he completely abused it, he's also an adult and should know better.

He'll never teach again, thats for sure.
 
Some if you lads sound like the 'dodgy Dad's' that walk around with nothing on around their daughters friends!! :)
