Frankly, we dont do it enough, including taking it to the corner flag. Although now Lamela is back I expect that to improve as he is very good at seeing a game out

Not from the first minute, Lloris never does. It typifies brick teams and a brick style of play, everything I expect from West Ham.
If anyone wants that style of football then they should follow someone like Stoke.

It’s not streetwise mate it’s called ruining a game of football. 90th minute and you run the ball into the corner flag fair enough, but if you choose to time waste then so be it but you should be booked straight away. It’s a rule of the game that you are cautioned for unsporting behaviour, “lack of respect for the game / delaying the restart of play” whatever one you want to go for. Adrian is a clam that seems to do it all the time and the bricky other teams that don’t play football the right way do it too. I wouldnt want that associated with the team I support.
