In any other circumstance you'd be happy your next opponent apparently have spent their good luck, but as it's United I fully expect us to be in Brighton's shoes in a week.
 
sadly the whistle was only blown after the ball was headed off line, the handball offence occured in live play so it had to be considered, my grievance was that the whistle should have been blown before the corner was taken at 96:20

That's a fair point. Add on 30 seconds for the March goal, where did 1min 30s come from?!?

However,I'm fairly sure that when VAR first came in there was an instruction that all VAR decisions had to made before the ref blows the final whistle. It was mentioned it was to avoid perfection where the game ends then 2 minutes later a goal is disallowed etc.
