Perhaps we should try this drive-in movies malarkey at new gaff to compensate for the revenue we’re losing out on from cancelled gigs / NFL / boxing...
Sometimes you just have to Live and let dieWelcome to the Jungle!
You’re (quite literally due to Covid-19 and inadequate social distancing in effect) going to die......

That all sounds great until you look at the table, Wembley is 4th, and the London Stadium is rated above all the others in the PL.Good to read that the professional recognition of the place continues to be of the highest standard. I hope that it really does see us in a strong position to recover from the financial hit of the pandemic.
I have no idea how niche or how respected this report and publication is.

The timing could have been a lot worseHad to be spurs to have a pandemic soon after the stadium opens when we really need the returns from the hefty investments to count

Yup, 55 construction workers have tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 whilst working on the new SoFi Stadium in Los AngelesTrue,
We could have been in the middle of construction, with COVID-19 issues to deal with.
Well there is the expectation that the revenue generated from these events would be used to strengthen the wage / transfer budget?Thing is , these cancelled events are nothing to do with spurs supporters. Theyre fans of another sport or some musical affinity. It's nothing to do with our club ,we are just providing the venue. It's all pretty desprate when you hear fans lamenting about such things.
The events taking place at our stadium bring money to the club to reinvest, when they are cancelled we take a financial hit/lost earnings.Thing is , these cancelled events are nothing to do with spurs supporters. Well ticket sales on events are done in advance and money may been paid in advance to secure the venueBut clubs said they wont base spend on future income BUT wait to see 12 months turnover to base calculations
A little advantage?
Spurs will be allowed relatively more fans to support when stadiums are re-opened.

There was a Sky Sports presenter live on the skywalk this morning as he was right at the top. Essentially a nice advert for the feature.
