Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

Is that all it is in the ground?
Alcohol free beer is that much in lots of pubs - even up here in Norwich!

It is an interesting change - pubs now cost the same/more than the sports venues and music venues
Alcohol free beer is like licking out your sister, it may taste similar, but you know it's wrong:tonguewink:

When players are being honest (such as the secret footballer) they'll tell you that themselves.

The rest is fans convincing themselves that they have some kind of relevance outside their wallets.
So let's get things straight, and I respect your opinion. You don't think the supporter demographic makes a difference to the atmosphere, and you don't think the atmosphere has an effect on the performance of players. I'm seriously starting to wonder why anyone attends games

Not when you support Spurs you aren't
You are. If you can't enjoy life because you support Spurs then maybe you should stop supporting them and that's a you problem not a Spurs problem. Veryoldspur? You sound like a spolit child.

There's no need to wonder, they attend because they enjoy it.

I think demographic makes a difference to atmosphere, I just don't agree with the assertion that old, working class types are better to be around in a stadium.

I'd far rather be in the nice seats with the good catering.

I attend games because I enjoy the live event. Not because of some misguided belief that I can make players be better than they are with magic singing words.

So you haven’t been to Anfield under the lights in a champions league game?
