I agree, both are great players but Ronaldo lifts a poor Portugal team more then Messi can do for a poor Argie team.

He has, ironically since he’s taken on less responsibility in his playing role for Madrid he’s had a more devastating effect in the big games, he was criticised for many years for not doing it when it matters, now the big games bring out the best in him.
