thinking about it, there were no anthems at the start, maybe there is an issue in the stadium and the commentators only get the go/no goal signal, not the GRX to go with it that we saw
 
I'd like to praise France, but they're playing the worst team in the competition who are down to 10 men. I can't wait to see them against better opposition in Switzerland. Even Ecuador.

Not really, they just showed the whole phase of play: the ball hitting the post first, then going along the line to second part of the incident.

It's pretty obvious, you even see the CGI goal post in the first shot.
