This. Tonight's fixture was clearly a game too far for the team. The side will improve for the next World Cup and will come back, as it stands they have become very popular with the neutral supporter. I just hope that the American passion for the sport, that has been lit over this World Cup, continues in the future.

I wouldnt mind them going all the way. Not really a big fan of the rest, maybe C Rica or Colombia but would rather a European team winning it.
 
Yedlin has looked good for the US tonight, certainly in an attacking sense. He gets the ball and isn't afraid to go at the opponents.
