We need to sack Ange, forget about Europe and the FA cup and fight like crazy to make sure we stay in the league. If it has to be Mason so be it. Ange has shown he Isnt up to the job so no point keeping him.
Mason is a risk insofar as he’s coming into a much more serious situation than the last two times…but I still have more faith in him than Ange.

Stick with Ange... or... Mason is not the answer, short term or long term, it doesn't matter what the question is, Mason is not the answer. Ever.

He was crap when he took over, has been compliant at least in our current predicament, he really should be sacked with Ange, along with most of our coaches/medical dept., None of these fudgers come out with any semblance of competency.

In fact I'd be inclined to remove everyone, tea lady/lickspittle I don't care. Give the lowers 2 years severance but fudge me, everything has to change.

That’s a step into the unknown
He is a bottle job so would be a fit on that front
Better than what we currently have. Even worse than a bottle job. It's not even turning up. Terzic will sort out defense out and then attacking wise we cant be any worse. We are atrocious attacking.

Well, I guess even I am off the fence now. Love Ange the man, but we need a manager who makes us harder to beat. We also need 2 or 3 new players (at least 2) this window to give the team some feelgood factor. Ange has been unlucky - but as Napoleon said, "I want my Generals to be lucky".
If Richi is injured we are in deep doodoo - but then why on earth have we only got 2 strikers? Ludicrous and reflects poorly on the Board.
And we haven't learned with Kane era either when we would just hope he wouldn't get injured cos we couldn't find a competent striker for 15yrs.

Same with our keepers. Keep extending a 44yr old contract and hope Vic never gets injured for a period of time. Same with a lack or LB recently. Window after window we are left wanting

Thing is, i could go on and on about the board, but:
1) we play one upfront, so if you have more than two strikers the 3rd has got to be content with little game time.
2) particularly in that context we don't have 2 strikers. We have 3. Lankshear played lots in pre season and is part of the first team squad. That was clearly a decision taken by the club in conjunction with Ange and as per previous realistically you're not going to have a 3rd striker in a one-up-top system that isn't going to be some form of similar profile to Lankshear or you have wide forwards that can deputise as forwards. Who is Emirates Marketing Project's 3rd back up to Haaland? I'm waiting.....who is Arsenal's 3rd atriker? I'm waiting.....Chelsea? I'm waiting.

Lankshear was involved in Europe and got sent off. Since then Ange seems to have frozen him out from first team games preferring to pick anyone and everyone from Werner or Son up top rather than play him. And he persisted with that despite us visibly struggling to play his system without a focal point up top. That's on Ange to explain.
