Difficult to say that Eriksen changed the game - Villa began to tire and we were always going to have chances in the final 15 mins. But this is exactly why we cannot do without him (yet). He can help us play through bus-parking teams like no other.

We created 31 chances today, Kane and Sissoko couldn't even hit the target when through on the keeper.
This wasn't down to Eriksen, this down to the change of formation.
That's up to him.Harry Kane just said he changed the game and dictated play.
I’ll go with him

I'm not saying he didn't have a good game or an impact, but he did not win us the game.

We had more than enough chances in that game berore he came on to win it.
Did he have direct involvement in any of the goals?
Did the other players all start playing better because he came on...[?]
Have both, works for City having more than one playmaker. Would love Eriksen to sign a new contract but if not keep him until he signs on a free for someone else... as long as it's abroad.Without Eriksen we lack a play maker. Maybe Lo Celso can do that job - but I already know that Eriksen can.

Did the other players all start playing better because he came on or because they played in their normal positions?
And I will say it again, I have no problem with Eriksen, I appreciate his talents and the job he does for us. But to be honest the almost cult like devotion building up around him on here I find hard to believe.
Yes he did, mate.
Yes they did, mate.
I’m always getting stuck into him (and everyone else, it must be said), so this will largely be seen as another attack, but today’s response is more narrative than numbers in my honest opinion, it was another 7/10 Eriksen performance, he’s capable of 11.

Thought Ndombele was poor until he scoredSo if that was a 7/10
What was everyone else
KWP/NDombele aside?
Kane got 2 but was poor - but he’s in the side to score.
