Im in Practice innit - but now im moving to Industry and Commerce - this massive American Communications Company as Head of Audit. Gonna be interesting but gonna be ****ing good at it haha.
I guess its a step into the unknown that scares you - taking you out of your comfort zone. I wwould say do it PD. I can have you come work for me under my wing

I actually work in tax focussing on technology but thinking about getting in to something that's more business analysis/project mgt. Lots of good stuff out there but can't decide whether I want to stay in consultancy or go internal. I feel I'm too young for internal. Just going to do some qualifications like Prince 2 etc first to boost up the CV.
It is definitely the unknown that is the fear, 6 years in one place is a long time and I know exactly where everything is, who to speak to, internal processes etc but getting done over for promotion doesn't give me much motivation really.
