The saddest thing to come out of this is the way ashley cole has behaved, he really will do anything for money wont he. I do not go into the whole race thing has i am white so i probably do not understand racism but i always thought the blacks were meant to stick together. I do not like the ones that have a chip on their shoulder but i always respected the ones that stuck by each other.

Ashley Cole is a disgrace to his people today.

As a race I definitely find, in my experience, black families are a lot 'tighter' than white families. So your saying AC was asked by JT to say he wouldn't have said it even if he didn't know for sure?
 
terry was always gonna be found not guilty. anyone remember the incident with ledley at the lane? was it confirmed terry said anything or was it just rumours
 
Terry's a lamentable character but this is actually a sound judgment in my view. The Magistrate does say that Terry's own version of events is unlikely to be true (basically calling him a lying little brick) but the problem lay in the fact that the footage simply wasn't conclusive enough to show that Terry definitely racially abused Ferdinand (he didn't deny saying the words but disputes the context in which he said them).

The burden of proof of course lies with the prosecution to prove the charge beyond all reasonable doubt and in the absence of any eye witness testimony to support their case (even Ferdinand said that he didn't actually hear the words at the the time), this was always going to be an uphill battle.

If the test was one of 'balance of probability', as it is in the civil courts, I am pretty sure that the Magistrate would have comfortably returned a guilty verdict.

FA cover up if I remember because he was England Captain at the time. The ref never explained why he sent him off properly.
I'm surprised it didnt come out during this.

I hope you read your post again and realise how truly ignorant you sound.

"blacks were meant to stick together"...........huh? says who? The way you lump all blacks together is in itself racist. NEWSFLASH 'All blacks' as you put it, are not the same just like all whites are not. Black people just like white people are humans who can believe and feel what they want and do not have to follow each other like lemmings because of their skin colour. I'm astonished at what you have written.

The way you frame it, as though it is blacks against whites is the very essence of a divided society along racial lines and exactly the attitude that should be stamped out. Mixed race children (mainly children with white mothers and black/brown fathers) are the fastest growing group in our Country. Thankfully, many many black people do not 'stick together'. BTW both Ashley Cole and the Ferdinand brothers have white mothers!!
 
There was not enough STRONG evidence to find him guilty, i said that before the case and that's how it turned out.

It is the typical Western, American and English mentality. It is only racist when others do it. When English players and crowd do, it is not racist, just banter. Remember when Mido got racially abused by West Ham fans for 2 seasons ? Nothing was done about it. But when English players got racially abused in Eastern Europe, the English FA and media wanted the whole Eastern European nations banned from football. Typical hypocrites !
