Why not Mou on Saturday if he's already in?
Standard practice, no time to prepare team, doesn't expose him to loss on first game .. nothing unusual.

Redknapp wouldn't wait.Standard practice, no time to prepare team, doesn't expose him to loss on first game .. nothing unusual.
fair point, although there is always a “United tax” when they buy someone
He wins big games and knows how to get that bit done
He doesn’t know how to develop or coach players though
It’s a balance we need
Agree. He ain’t gonna bowl u over with flair or development.
He could attract some big names though.
And a clueless chairman. I think that we'd be a real test for Mourinho, he hasn't been at a club where he can't buy success since the beginning of his career.
Not exactly scintillating under Poch though were we? save for when at WHL
If it is Mourinho, which player will be pick a public fight with first?
This is why I would be very unsure of his appointment. He would need to understand what he is letting himself in for, we aren't Chelsea or Emirates Marketing Project, Liverpool or even Arsenal who can all pay their players significantly more than we do. If he gets the job he has to accept those limitations, I'm not sure that he can in the medium term no matter what he says in an interview. And a clueless chairman. We can't afford big names....Agree. He ain’t gonna bowl u over with flair or development.

Also fair, he’s got to want to kill that angle of criticism though
Wow. It’s been six years and only the last ten months were grim.

This is football, it’s what have you done for me lately, there aren’t many managers, I actually can’t think of any, that would get 5 months, let alone 10.
That will depend on whether he can alter his approach. I haven't seen any evidence that he can.
