I watched "A Real Pain" today, I went in fairly blind having barely watched the trailer and did not regret it. Humorous and touching, Culkin and Eisenburg had great chemistry as expected but were possibly just playing magnified versions of themselves.
I had no idea of the plot so I wasn't sure what to expect, but a look into what it potentially feels like for Jewish people to go on a historical tour about the holocaust / WW2 was eye opening whilst remaining witty, with a real look into human behaviour and differences in lifestyle/ approach.
