Will be amazed if they score less than 4 tonight, look dangerous every attack. Pretty sure our record of nobody scoring 3 against us this season is going tonight

The logic is that he can see who is running on empty when and we cannot. I doubt he especially wants to rest players...we have no idea who is on the verge of what and needs a rest. You will see some players in second half for sure, for now, 0-0 and holding up OK. I will Carroll has struggled a bit given his importance/role...
 
Pleased we rode out that sticky patch. Maybe we can grow into the game. Do what others have done to us, defend well, and snatch a goal after we frustrate them.
 
For a team that press, we're not very good against a press are we? You'd think we get lots of practice in training!
 
Was hoping tonight might give us a good marker on how we compare against one of THE top European side. Unfortunately as we havent got our A-side out tonight we arent getting a fully true reflection, but tbh looking at how well they are playing, I think even our full strength side would be struggling against these.
Getting to HT level would be a massive bonus at the moment

I've noticed that this season, when we've come up against the few sides that have really pressed us we have struggled. Whatever happens over these two legs our young players will be stronger for the experience.
