I reckon it might be related to the court case. Maybe they’ve heard it’s not gone well and have jacked it in. Then again Haaland just signed a new deal with no clauses so who knows. Pep’s going by through a divorce too so that must have had some impact.

I doubt that a meaningless fine and a few points docked will trouble them too much.
