Both of these were highlighted on this board (by @Bedfordspurs ???) before Palace signed them.
I've seen a few rumours about Ramos, I think he'd be a good signing. Good age and he does score goals, flipside is he probably gets a stack of chances for PSG and for his age he's not played a huge amount.

Was clear 2 years ago that Jordan James would be decent, was poor at Rennes though which goes against him, but still a very decent player.
