Edgar Davids
Great that he is out on loan. Needs that experience.
Lankshear is already twice the player that Scarlett will ever be.
He is now.He could be but he's not now, he is a natural goal scorer and I'm confident he'll get goals given a chance to play. I hope this is the right move for him, WBA are in the running for playoffs and if they hit some form the manager might not give him that chance.
Shouldn't have gone Championship. Look at Donley and Abbott. Look at Scarlett. Ffs, it's about the right fit, not the biggest club to come calling. Not looking so good for him, WBA signed Armstrong from Southampton going to be tough to get a game before him with over 300 games and over 100 goals in the bank.
Depends how they playNot looking so good for him, WBA signed Armstrong from Southampton going to be tough to get a game before him with over 300 games and over 100 goals in the bank.

Exactly
Delap had championship loans then had to drop down to league 1 before going back to the championship.
A wasted season for Lankshear, Ange under used him after getting in a sulk at him being sent off.
Then a stupid loan instead of actually getting game time.
Yeah because obviously Spurs knew WBA were going to loan an other striker on deadline day, wouldn't be great if we all had foresight or esp like the experts on the internet
TBH I didn't even know about the other striker. Historically, our loans to Championship sides generally haven't worked out, as the clubs are less likely to take the risk/less likely to have technically poorer players. The loans are for the physical experience, rather than the level of football IMO. If our players don't play, it's a waste of time, especially regarding the players path of development.Yeah because obviously Spurs knew WBA were going to loan an other striker on deadline day, wouldn't be great if we all had foresight or esp like the experts on the internet
Think we should have in the deal that if he plays we pay all his wages. If he doesn't they do. If he comes on as sub we pay part.
