Great news if true. Personally I think he should start. But I imagine we'll see him on the bench and come on at about 65 minutes.

I had Eriksen down for 10 and Lamela for 11. Will be interesting to see what they end up with.

If he has signed - he will play part of the game but cant see him playing the entire game.

Am I right in thinking that once a player has been registered with a number for that season then that number effectively can't be changed to another player unless the first player is sold?

Both Bale and Ade have been registered for their numbers this season, right? And we have to give Lamela his permanent number before the Arsenal game to have him eligible.

I think we might see him with some random number this season unless something gets sorted very soon in terms of outgoings.
