Surely this isn’t normal behaviour? If you saw someone acting like that on the street you would suspect ketamine or spice or a brain injury or something?

They have the best medical doctors available to them, and they will have tons of monitoring data to work with.

Internet diagnosis/speculation is exactly that.

Hopefully he's really ok, been a bit of a rough couple of years for him (some self inflicted)

It's about half a second. It likely just a tick or him messing about with his tobacco gum.

I think it's quite dangerous to speculate on things like that (different to basic physical injuries).

Also, if it was something like that, no way he'd have the ability to then attempt a deft diving header. And stomp his left foot in anger about having hurt himself (as shown in the first video)

Didn’t someone say he was looking out of it at the corner and then when he went down he didn’t hit his head? I hope they have done all the test necessary, you hear all the time of hospitals giving the all clear and then someone ends up ill a day or 2 later.

I saw someone say tht he will be getting home check ups and won't be allowed back at the training ground untill he is given the all clear

Do you think it could be a wry smile because he's getting absolutely ragged about by his own teammate for the greater good?

If he was looking like that with no player near him and then suddenly collapsed, there'd be reasonable cause for speculation.

Either way, I hope he recovers swiftly. Not my favourite player of late but he seems unfortunate that there's always some kind of incident / furore surrounding him, this latest one entirely not of his own doing.

It's a relief to hear that it is 'only' concussion and so simply two weeks away rather than a more serious issue.
So he could be in the running for the Hoffenheim match after missing Arsenal & Everton.

Bents couldn't have possibly imagined after his ACL and ankle injuries why he'd be missing 10 games this season.

Just wondering whether all this might work in our favour at the business end of the season though.

It's entirely of his own doing. He headbutted the floor really hard and knocked himself out. The drug thing is patently horse poop
