Son can't do either of those things as well
No but he's got better movement and is a good finisher, Richarlson would be able to use his pace and cut in to his favoured right foot.

Tbf that's less of an issue in a Ange setup, that applies to both.Son can't do either of those things as well
Brentford are a bit of an outlier with the way they play. Other teams will sit back but none have both sides of their game as fine tuned as Brentford. And of course, Toney is a massive miss within that system.100%
Brentford’s game is to play deep, stifle the game and play long
It’s conte ball
But…. That suits sonny as an attacker of course and possibly Richy too

Some decent clubs in there, hope it comes off for him.

I think they have don really well to stabilise their league status but the football they play for me is crap
Celtic please, for a good fee.
Just because I know a Celtic fan, and they seem to hate Levy. So getting money off them for Dier will probably tinkle them off
But he can do the goal scoring thing better. Might be worth it if and it is an if Richarlison isn't able to hit the net as often as needed. Time will tell of course, but we have seen Son play up front whilst he's not a hold up guy, he is a good striker.Son can't do either of those things as well
We also need to see if Son can get back to his best. He was shocking last season and nothing seemed to have changed on Saturday. But he can do the goal scoring thing better. Son's always been a streak player, even at his best. I wouldn't bank on him being able to perform consistently over the course of a season. That was ok when Kane was there. It might still be good enough if Richarlison and Kulusevski step up. Also, Perisic should be performing better in a more advanced role.
Either way, it's a gamble: we have less games to play this season so we might end up with too many players. On the other hand, if we need to change something because Richarlison or Son aren't doing well, we might find ourselves a player short.
It's bold but if we're aiming low (same as last season, for instance), now might be the time to give Scarlett a back-up role.
If Carter-Vickers has become the generational talent CB up there, Dier will probably be able to do the Messi role.
