Doesn’t really matter who we get in we are wrotten as a club from the top down. Our players are decent but what is our transfer policy? It doesn’t match any of the top four in terms of recruitment. So we need to be clever but we are not. Other clubs are emerging with less of a budget and lesser players on paper.

We pretend to be a big club that want to challenge (coming from the horses own fudging mouth) but in reality we are a cash cow just interested in growing financially for the long term gains of a few.

Time to act tonight. Give Iraloa a week to assess the squad before the transfer window opens
Don't see the point until the injuries clear up tbh, there's no players to train in different methods and no time to do it if there were.
And that's before we talk about the fact that our fan base appears to think that we'll just snap our fingers and managers will come running.
We couldn't get conte, nuno was the only taker, we bribed conte, remember how those two worked out.
It's not going to be a long queue outside levys office

On your first point, do you not think that these players have had some other systems drilled into them that they could just revert to quickly though? Ange has only been around for 18 months. These players have experience of tactical systems since childhood that are way more natural to them.

We have reverted to signing young and promising players, which I think is great, the issue is the senior players, but we have enough of those in the squad currently for there to be more leadership on show.

Yes, but what if it's 15 players with 6 different systems, which one do you go with?
I mean I keep hearing every manager has there only system, what's the chances they all know the same system.
I'm very much ange in, mainly because I think the idea of a change of management and a. new system and everything will be golden is to be blunt naive at best.
Where has everyone been for the last x amount of years.

As long as we stick to a progressive possession based system, we'll be fine. Move to a proper double pivot in CM and drop the FBs a tad deeper and its Poch's system or Iraola's system.
