Levy doesn't care what you think. He's business. If he thinks there is a risk to his business he will act.
Thank you for shattering my dreams LOL...

There his fudging faultMost managers would complain twice as much about half the injuries Ange has suffered this season.
not totally but a large part of it is due to ange not changing the way he plays to suit the players or the players availableThere his fudging fault
Assuming you're right on those being errors from Ange (I agree on some, unsure on others).introducing dragusin, spence and reggie late when clearly they could do a job to alleviate fatigue etc
playing vdv and cuti when they were not ready, persisting with udogie when he was carrying an injury etc.
similarly you should see how ange has consistently - since last season - said he doesnt want to change the intensity of the game, back at celtic and now at spurs.
less obviously son through the centre, moore on the right - not playing them to their strengths - its inefficient and someone else has to pick up the slack (through increased possession lost)
ange did this at celtic and he is doing it again at spurs - go on a celtic fan forum, its no surprise to them - its ange!
And secondly are these things Ange can learn from and improve on or will they be a bigger problem as long as he's here?
He also stated in one of his recent interviews that the players haven’t trained properly in weeks due to the fatigue/injuries which suggests he does change it when forced and doesn’t flog a dead horseIf you refer back to the Athletic article that was posted recently the quotes from Ange himself within the article from his time at Celtic would suggest that he sees injuries as being part & parcel of how he trains the players and how he sets the team up to play and that he's not going to compromise on either to ease potential injuries to his players.
Now whether since then he has seen that it's a different kettle of fish in a proper league and is now willing to adapt his methods to suit remains to be seen - I wouldn't expect massive change from a manager who has been in the game as long as he has, he's not an up and coming manager that is honing his craft after all - this is a guy who has been managing longer than Mourinho and presumably any coach in the PL.

I think you can expect a portion of change from him to be fair - Age wise yes of course, he's not an up and coming one but his experience lacks when it comes to the intensity of the Premier League, as does every manager of course until they are here. It might take/have taken longer than we would like but there can be reasons for that beyond he's useless/just a PE teacher or whatever else has been thrown at him on here because everything he does is for the long term gain - things that people don't like, such as Gray playing full back or CB are all about the long term and he constantly refers to this.If you refer back to the Athletic article that was posted recently the quotes from Ange himself within it from his time at Celtic would suggest that he sees injuries as being part & parcel of how he trains the players and how he sets the team up to play and that he's not going to compromise on either to ease potential injuries to his players.

Would you expect Jose to change anything at this stage of his career?
Hopefully this season and last proves to be an aberration, a massive slice of bad luck and/or coincidence and the number of injuries sustained massively reduces if Ange stays beyond the summer.
the right level of error has to be judged against our position in the table. we have a talented squad and if we assume that we have talented coaches and physios, then you have to believe its more errors then sheer bad luck (especially if you consider this has happened to ange before with celtic and to a lesser degree last season when we lost both vdv and romero to injuries).Assuming you're right on those being errors from Ange (I agree on some, unsure on others).
What's the level of error on these things that would be acceptable?
And secondly are these things Ange can learn from and improve on or will they be a bigger problem as long as he's here?
We're certainly seeming careful with bringing players back from injuries now, as we seemed to be last season iirc. We're also rotating quite a bit now as well as playing with less intensity for periods. Just emergency here and now because he has no choice, or can this be brought forward in a positive way?
